How do I make an appointment?
You can make your appointment either by clicking the link on the service pages which will direct you to www.vagaro.com/uzuripa.com. Once there you can follow the prompts and if the date you chose isn't available simply scroll down and add yourself to the wait-list and providing the best day and time you're available. The wait-list doesn't mean you'll have to wait for months, but it allows you to inform me about the appointment request and gives me time tailor the schedule to provide the best experience for you if indeed the time is available. You can also call to make your appointment and feel free to leave a voicemail with your details if we don't answer.
What forms of payments do we accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Spa Finder physical gift card not the E-Gift cards (paper), FSA/HSA. Please inform us when booking that you will need a receipt upon checkout if you are using FSA/HSA.
Why do I have to pay a deposit to book?
There is a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total cost of service for all first time customers that must be paid prior to the appointment request being confirmed. If the deposit is not paid by the Sunday before your appointment, the request will be deleted. A deposit is also 100% required of anyone that has NO CALL/NO SHOWS on their account. If you are booking with gift certificates or SpaFinder, your certificate will be credited toward the non-refundable deposit. No appointments will be made via text messages, emails phone calls without a card being placed on file and payment is processed. We will not rebook anyone with a history of lates/cancellations without full payment at the time of booking.
Late arrivals
In order to best serve all of our clients and guest, we will try our best to accommodate the remainder of your service time if you’re running late. You’re still responsible for the full cost of service if we cannot accommodate the full service time. 15 mins late or more will result in refusal of services and full payment is expected at the next booking.
What is the cancellation policy
We understand that emergencies arise and ask that all appointments be cancelled/rescheduled not later than 24 hrs prior to the appointment start time. Our system sends appointment reminders via email/text 48 and 24 hours prior to appointment start date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be be marked as cancelled with the penalty of paying 100% of the next service booked.
What do I wear to my massage?
Whatever you like! Before your massage begins, your therapist will leave the room so that you can undress to your comfort level. We will never remove any article of clothing to massage you. We will skip massaging every part that is covered by garments that we are allowed to massaged by Maryland Board Of Chiropractor guidelines and bylaws.
Am I covered during my massage?
We adhere to Maryland's draping requirements. This done to make you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times as well as for the practitioners protection.
Can a minor receive a services?
While we love to provide services to clients of all ages, NO KIDS ALLOWED unless being serviced. We would like to maintain a wellness minded atmosphere at all times. We kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment in advance if you can not find childcare.
For those clients under the age of 18, we kindly request adherence to the following policies.
Clients 9-17 Years of Age:

Please provide our staff with your young adult’s age prior to their visit. (This will help us make appropriate therapist recommendations as well as better prepare for their treatment.)

A parental consent form is required for all clients under the age of 18

Please complete client intake form online for your child prior to their visit. This will help us make appropriate therapist recommendations as well as better prepare for their treatment.

When treating children under the age of 12, we ask that a parent or legal guardian remain in the treatment room for the full duration of the child’s massage service.

We ask that children under 15 be scheduled for no longer than a 45 minute session.
I have a gift certificate , what's next?
Please add yourself to the wait-list or simply contact us to book an appointment. If there is a difference between the gift certificate and the cost of service due to a price increase since you received it, you are responsible for the difference at the time of booking. Gift certificates will not be transferred.
