What you need to know
Making an appointment
You can make your appointment online and we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. A valid credit card is required to book all appointments, no exceptions. You will not be charged the cost of service at time of booking but will need to bring your card with you for checkout. We will courtesy rebook after service with clients consent. No appointments will be made via text messages, phone calls or emails.
In order to best serve all of our clients and guest, we will try our best to accomodate or extend your service time if you’re running late. You’re still responsible for your full service fee if we cannot accommodate the full service time.
We ask that you let us know of any cancellations 24 hours prior to your appointment. All appointment notifications are sent out 48 and 24 hours prior to appointment start date. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the service cost.
When should I arrive for my massage?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment start time, so you can relax with some water or tea in our relaxing environment before your treatment begins. You will also fill in our New Guest Registration Form if you haven't completed online, where we ask that you record any medical history, past/present injuries, or other physical conditions we should be made aware of per Maryland Board of Chiropractor guidelines. Your massage therapist will then greet you and review the Guest Registration Form with you. They will ask why you are coming for a massage – it is important to communicate those needs to your therapist, as this is your time for healing and relaxation.
What do I wear to my massage?
Whatever you like! Before your massage begins, your therapist will leave the room so that you can undress to your comfort level. We will never remove any article of clothing to massage you.
Am I covered during my massage?
All of our therapists and estheticians are licensed professionals and strictly adhere to Maryland's draping requirements. This done to to make you feel comfortable and relaxed at all times as well as for the practitioners protection.
Do I tip after my appointment?
