COVID-19 UPDATE

The safety of our team members, clients, families and community is our priority.  As the coronavirus disease outbreak continues to evolve and spread, we are monitoring the situation and will periodically update our company guidelines based on current recommendations from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention as well The Maryland State Board of Barber and Cosmetology.   To prevent the spread and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our workforce and guests, we are asking all clients to complete electronic intake forms and screening questionnaire. Your participation is important to help us protect you and everyone who visits our spa.  
CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS
  • When you arrive, please check in using your phone . The link is in your confirmation email and is available here.  If you are a new client, please make sure you have submitted your consultation form.  
  • Only one guest per appointment. If you have arrived with a friend or spouse, kindly ask them to wait outside or in the car.

  • Upon entry, use the hand sanitizer located at the reception desk.
  • If the door is locked, you can text or call (443) 454-2372. We will let you know when your practitioner is ready for you in order to limit the number of people in the spa.
  • If you have arrived early, please wait outside in your car. You can text or call us to let us know you have arrived.
  • Please wear a face covering at all times. Your practitioner will be wearing a mask, shield, or both during your appointment. If you do not have your own mask, you can purchase one.
  • All treatment rooms and instruments will be sanitized between each client. We ask for your patience.
  • If you or anyone in your household have any symptoms of fever, coughing, cold or feeling ill you need to reschedule your appointment to a later date. We cannot perform your service if we feel you are ill or unwell.
